Winter in Europe, summer in Argentina, that flip side of seasons seems to have effect, here we go with the second release from Mr. Galante aka Seph! His debut to legendary Cityfox from Zurich, Billy and his mates’ imprint alongside the notorious nights all over Switzerland…

Seph comes to Cityfox with his hands full of bass energy in the form of the Suzbu EP. Three tracks which will blow away your speaker. ’Genbu’ doesn’t play around, a highlight from Seph’s live shows over the past years, it goes straight to the point with the deep bass and kick. With whirring, like a machine powering up after a long hibernation. Vocal lines make you mad as the melody repeats. ’High energy’ is a great way to begin explaining this track. ’Suzaku’, also a recent highlight from his live shows, picks it right up where ’Genbu’ left off, with vocal cuts, rubber basses and wide synth melodies. Thick and sharp, Techno at one of it’s finest moments. Last but not least we come to ’Unti’. A creepy world of machines and percussion leading you through the night, making your way to groovy basslines and cool melody.

We don’t know what Mr. Caulfield’s studio looks like sadly, never had the opportunity to drop by, but it must be a good place to work. A wonderful thing when an artists tells you about a new project, some ideas, which become to something more precise over the months and suddendly it’s just 10 days until the debut show and you get this stunning video: boom!

Jeremy P Caulfield’s old/new baby: Unit. Focusing on what one of his main projects for the last 10 years was: Dumb Unit. Remixing, Reworking, Rebuilding. His own productions, the whole Dumb Unit catalog, cutting tracks to samples, recreating classics and new production, something very between a DJ and a Live Set.
